According to reports, Apple is rejecting apps from the App Store that are via its emoji set outside the keyboard.
This means that the company is not allowing third-party app developers to make use of its emojis in screenshots and other promotional material.
The spring came to set alight after copious developers reported App hoard rejections consequential from their apps featuring Apple’s emoji designs.

Apple rejecting third-party apps
Eckert informed, “Apps are NO LONGER acceptable TO advantage EMOJI in non-keyboard based situations. If your app displays emoji somewhere without a consumer having it typed in, it’s prohibited and will be rejected.”
Apple is purportedly rejecting these app submissions under its App Store rule 5.2.5 that states “apps and extensions, together with third individual keyboards and decal packs, may not comprise Apple emoji.”
